A family owned business, straight-shooter, trustworthy to do what is required. They do the right job at the right price, the right way. When they started to replace my downstairs toilet, it was discovered the previous owner wanted a toilet 12 inches from the wall, so they installed an offset hole. This caused frequent clogs. Valice Plumbing recommended replacing the toilet with a 10 inch, fixed the hole by removing the offset and everything works correctly. They also replaced the guts (inner-workings) of my upstairs toilet which stopped the constant running toilet problem. I would choose to hire them in a heartbeat when/if a new plumbing issue arises.

If I could give Valice Plumbing 10 stars I would!!! I had to replace my water heater after having the exhaust flue removed. Not every plumbing company can install an exhaust flue, I found out. Not long after the flue was removed, I called Valice. Valentine (the owner), gave me an estimate over the phone according to what we had discussed, he came about an hour later to verify the estimate, which remained the same, and the tools and materials he would need. He brought Carlos and his crew and they had the water heater installed in short time. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced for the work I needed. I would recommend Valice for any plumbing related issue!

I would definitely recommend Valice Plumbing. Val & Alice are a lovely couple, their energy feels like family. We had issues with our water heater and we were not sure what it was, so I called PG&E to come check it out and let me know we had to replace a piece, thermocouple. I called from the list of numbers on google and some places I called were charging about the same amount I paid Valice Plumbing, for just inspecting to let me know what could be wrong with when I had already called PG&E to come do that for free as a customer service. Mr. & Mrs. Navarro came out the same day and got it done. For safety reasons I called PG&E to safety check it. There was a small issue and Mr. Navarro had no problem coming out and fixing it, at no charge! Really professional and honest work. Definitely recommend!

Our water heater went out and they showed up to replace it the same day. It was not an easy job, the water heater was wider than the hole to remove it. They put in the extra time and effort to get the old one out and replace it. I cannot thank them enough for the efficient work. Thank you, we’re customers for life!

Val and his sons were very helpful and answered my questions. He quoted me a fair price and explained what services he suggested; I agreed and he went straight to work. Val's son removed the old toilet while Val purchased the correct replacement.
The replacement was much better than the original and included a superior flushing system. When they had finished, they removed the tools and rags and cleaned up. I was extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my friends.
the only plumber for anything i have been a general contractor haven't see work like this in 40 yrs hes the best. Just forget about anyone else. Wouldn't use anyone else. You want an honest old school plumber hes the only one to use.

Don’t go with the rest, go for the best. You won’t regret it. I had a problem with my water heater, for some reason it was pouring water out. I thought I needed a new water heater. Guillermo said that I didn’t need one, The fixing just needed to be replaced. I found Valice Plumbing online. I sent my info in of what I needed done. My info was posted late morning on Saturday August 25, 2018. And I received a response online, but about half hour later, and they came out to my place about 45 minutes later. Guillermo was the one that came out, and his helper came to. They were very knowledgeable and had the needed supplies. I would recommend that you request Guillermo for your needed work.

I called the owner in a panic, as my toilet flooded all over my Bathroom floors. He answered right away (no answering machine) and said he would be there within the hour. He was extremely polite and professional. I am happy that I have finally found a good and honest plumber. Will definitely be using him again!

Mr. and Mrs. Navarro were so professional and friendly. They responded quickly to my call and also to come to my house to fix my water heater. They were so helpful and took the time to explain how to work the water heater and pump correctly. I highly recommend their service and I will certainly call them first if I have plumbing needs in the future.
We first had Valice Plumbing install a water line for our dishwasher. They came out as soon as we needed them and did a very clean job! Then our water heater broke, they came out as soon as we called on a Saturday. When the plumber figured out what the water heater part needed replacing, he said he could buy the part at a local source on monday. On monday, they got the part and fixed my water heater. They really did a great job and very quickly! They made the whole series of plumbing issues painless.
I was very impressed with their work and especially with their customer service. The owner and Giermo went out of their way to make sure i can afford to get my sink fixed and replaced a new faucet. Prices are great...customer service were even better. Hands down the best plumbing service in town

When my water heater went out, no other plumbers would work with me as there were a couple things not up to city code. I was out of hot water for a week. Finally I found Valice Plumbing on Google and to my surprise, they were able to respond quickly and had someone out immediately and on time. They replaced my water heater and fixed all the issues. They kept in touch until the city permit was approved and signed off. Would highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, services are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you guys.
Washing machine drain kept backing up and overflowing into garage. He showed up in a CLEAN truck (don't see many of these on the road nowadays) and dressed professionally. Had to open the garage wall and put in a clean out and rebuild drain pipe. Then he ran 80' of snake twice to clean out roots and hair. Nice guy, efficient, thorough, and someone I would hang out with off the clock!
I called them to replace my old water heater that was leaking. They did everything I asked. Prices are reasonable but customer service is hands down AWESOME! They really value their customers and it shows.

They did their job. They charged our Credit Card twice for the job. On two different dates. I repeatedly called and texted. I did not receive a phone call back nor a text. We are now having to have our bank handle this manner. So, sad because they did a good job. So, in this case I wouldn’t recommend them!

Valentine just left and I'm thankful that he was able to help me. I had a clogged something whitch turned out to be my kitchen pipe somewhere way down there. I have no clean out pipe so they went on the roof and got it unclogged. They were in and out in less than an hour. Him and Michel got the job done fast and hes so nice. He will definitely be my go to Plummer.

County came out told me they could help if I put new pipes and install clean out c.o. Sounded like it was a job too big, however Val came out , cleaned out pipes and installed clean out in less than one hour!! Thank you Jesus!!! Everything functioning and he gave other plumbers access if anyone needs it! Great job!!

Val and Juan from Valice Plumbing were lifesavers for me and my husband yesterday!! We just moved into a older home, which we knew we needed a new water heater. Well it seemed as if it was going out after being here a few days. I called VP pretty late in the afternoon, and Val sent Juan over to replace my water heater within the hour!
Juan came over and MADE IT HAPPEN! He even changed out a few extra things that were old. He even went the extra mile helping us troubleshoot our kitchen sink which is running low!!

Woke up to a leaking water heater this Saturday morning. Call Valice at 9am and they came out to check out the problem asap. Found out my 20 yr old water heater needed to be replaced. Valice was able to do the job the same day. He was also able to fix an outdoor water faucet in 5 minutes as well. This a faucet we were told by another plumbing company that would need complete replacement, which would leave a hole in the wall due to pipes needing to be replaced. Told we would need a general contractor to get hole repair and stucco redone. So grateful for Valice, faucet was replaced no problem. We are 100% satisfied with his work, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommended, don't wait or hesitate and make the call. You will be 100% satisfied! 😊
The employees was great and he got here within an hour for me due of sewer problem. They were pricey compared the other company I used, but I believe I paid the price for emergency since I only have one bathroom.

I was told by another plumbing company that I had to have a new sewer line put in at the price of $3000. My buddy told me to call Valice plumbing for a second opinion. So I called them and they came out and checked my line with a camera and told me I did Not need to replace it, that it just needed to be cleaned out with a high pressure sprayer. Thank you Valice plumbing for your honesty, great work and great a price!

I recently had a sewer cleaning and 2-way install service done by Val, and I must say, I was very impressed with their service.
Val arrived on time and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He explained the steps he would take to clean the sewer and install the 2-way valve, and made sure to answer any questions I had before proceeding with the work.

I had an emergency at my home (on a Sunday afternoon no less!). This company picked up the phone and came out within an hour and solved our problem in the blink of an eye! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR THE EMERGENCY CALL OR COMING OUT ON A SUNDAY! WOW!!! Our water heater went out this past Sunday. Found Valice Plumbing Online with 24 hour service. Called and described the problem. A technician was scheduled and arrived within 30 minutes. The technician diagnosed the problem right away. We discovered the heater was under warranty and a part was ordered from the manufacturer at no extra cost. The part has now been installed and the heater is now working. Thanks for all your help.
Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
We used Val for two projects for our business. Work was done on time and for a reasonable amout. We will definatley use him again next time.

Call this guy since Wednesday to come and fix a leaking pipe he said he was gonna come on Friday and he never showed up so i called him up he didn't answer and he text me he had and emergency job that he will come later and never showed up or call me very unprofessional of his part

They came threw my showers and toilet were clogged and the came and unclogged it and they were so nice and yes they came after 6pm didn't hesitate to come and fixed the problem and the price was cheap too, and I love how he brings his wife a son you can tell it's a family company. Needed to upgrade my stove so I need to change my gas shut-off valve from 1/2 to 5/8 size. Had to call several companies but Valice is the only one who is easiest to schedule. Not familiar with pricing around the same work but I would prefer the quality and good experience than worry about the price. So i cannot really comment about pricing. He is friendly and professional, easy to schedule and prompt response. Highly recommended!!
Valice plumbing is the best. Called them on a Saturday, and he was here within 15 minutes. Took a quick look and gave me very reasonable estimate. He didn't try to push unnecessary, overpriced services like other plumbers. I even had him fix something else since he was here.

I needed an emergency repair at my main. I contacted Valentine and he responded promptly on a Sunday and saved the day! He was able to repair my broken pipe and restore water to my house in about 15 min. Very professional great customer service Thank You!!!!!
Called on a Saturday and they came out within 2-3 hours. I thought I had to replace a toilet flange but they talked me through a couple options. They cleaned up when they were done and even replaced a leaking water line during the job. Very helpful and professional.
I called Valice plumbing near midnight, I had a situation with an elderly couple at my rental that had no use of the toilet, Valentine with Valice plumbing not only responded that late in the night but he sent me videos before and after of the work he did. At Valice plumbing they are very honest and fair, I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. This is why I rated this company with five stars.

I contacted these guys to replace a water heater in the home I own. Boy, I sure came to the right place!
Everything from the initial consultation to ironing out the details went very smoothly as they got ready for the job. They pulled the city permit and took care of everything before the job started.
The van arrived right on time on the date of the installation. They brought the water heater I specified and quality installation parts. Since they know that I'm picky, their cheerful, friendly plumber checked with me every step of the way to be certain I was happy with the installation. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and even made sure that the City inspector came out to inspect the completion of the job when they were done.

Mr. Navarro installed a tankless water heater. His customer service was superb! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner.
