Great service. I had called 4 other places, 1 said he'd come and then didn't, 2 never returned my calls, the 4th said they couldn't come for at least a week. Glanz Buffat answered my call with a real person instead of voice mail, scheduled a visit for the next morning, showed up on time, found the problem, fixed it and didn't try to up-sell me stuff I didn't need. I was so impressed I purchased a maintenance agreement. This is the first time I've had enough confidence in a company to do that. Very happy and I'll recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. They're usually able to send someone out the same day (and occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled). The guys are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations. I’ve trusted them with all my plumbing challenges.

It looks gorgeous

Had a leak in our basement. First plumber comes out, gives us the worst news that we must first hire a carpenter to rip open the walls, etc. so he can access the pipes. Mortified, I called Prospect Hill P&H to get a second opinion. They quickly realized it's a problem underneath the upstairs toilet, fixed it in less than 30 minutes, no walls ripped open, etc. I'm immensely grateful. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Billy just completed a 6-family building i bought on foreclosure ...I ended up doing the whole building over...Billy did all new piping and all new fixtures along with new boilers and hot water heaters...Billy was on time and was conscientious about the way the pipes were ran and all of the work was neat and clean...I would recommend him to all and anyone wants to see the work let me know...
