I hope you never have to go to this place, because if you do it means you're in a lot of trouble. Sewer line problems are horrible and are an absolute mess. But when those times do come, you want to have someone who is going to do the job right. I hear these people are pretty good, so you might give them a try.

Had to call a few times to get an answer (was 2 days after the snow started to melt from the February polar vortex, they were busy) but they were able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with our drains. Hard working and take pride in the quality of their work. The first company we called said our sewer main collapse and wanted to replace it. Thanks to Grooms, we learned it hadn't and they found what the real issue was, fixed it, and saved us $3000. Thanks for your hard work!

Great service , unable to do the technical piece needed for our client so had to part ways, but service was good and staff was professional.

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

These guys can't even do a new installation rough in correct. Poor attitude and the sloppiest work I've seen in years. Lines not even stubbed up were they would be inside the walls, or straight with anything, poor attitude, poor planning.

With the troubles they've had on a new installation I can't even imagine how bad they'd be at repair work or remodel work.

Just all around a unprofessional outfit from what I've seen.

This is in response to your response. It's pretty apparent you know you've got a issue when you know exactly what job I'm referring to. LoL
I didn't say a word about the line someone else damaged, you couldn't help that. But you could of helped running the septic out on the wrong side of the house, the lines stubbed up at a angle to the existing forms, and the lines above the sand where the would be poured in the concrete slab. It was just sloppy work anyone with common sense could see.

You additional reviews in response to mine are comical as well, pretty bad when your employees have to leave reviews for your company.🤣🤣

Call guy and he is like don't call at 3:30 in the afternoon if you need a plumber unless you plan to pay overtime.
