I recently had the pleasure of hiring a plumber to replace a faulty faucet and toilet in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Prime Plumbing and Drains. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the exceptional skills and professionalism of Phil, the owner/operator.

Firstly, I was impressed with the his communication skills. He promptly returned my calls and emails. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues with my plumbing in a clear and concise manner, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Phil was willing to work with my home owner’s insurance. He was extremely patient with me as I decided exactly what I wanted.

The end result was fantastic - my new faucet and toilet are both functioning perfectly, and I no longer have to worry about leaks or other plumbing issues. He even came back the next day to see why my dishwasher was not working. The crew that removed my counters did not reinstall the dishwasher correctly.

Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the service provided by Prime Plumbing. He demonstrated excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing and Drains to anyone in need of plumbing services, and I will certainly be using his services again in the future. He also recommended an awesome contractor!! Good communication, friendly people, prompt service, reasonable price.

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

I love this place

Our pipes burst and other companies weren't able to come for 4+ days. Hood came out the next day and fixed it. He also offered suggestions to prevent it in the future. He was kind and took the time to explain everything. Very reasonably priced as well, especially considering it was an emergency call around the holidays!

They saved me a LOT of $$. I called them after a chain repair company told me I needed a new unit for over $6,000. Harley came by and replaced a $15 part + $75 labor and I have heat again!! THANK YOU!!!

Travis (technician) was awesome in checking our system. Although their company was not allowed to perform the service, he was very professional and provided accurate assessment. Thank you.

don't bother calling. you'll end up sitting at home waiting and they won't show up.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
