My go to for all my plumbing needs. Anytime I have a plumbing issue this are the guys I call every time. When I have used them they have always shown professionalism and insight into their work so that I can understand what they are doing. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Nate replaced my traditional electric water heater with a new hybrid heater (yeah!). Because hybrid heaters are more complex, the job involved running new lines thru the exterior brickwork of my home. He did everything to my complete satisfaction. Several months later, I asked him to replace 13 bathroom angle valves. Because freezing weather hit, at the last minute I asked to postpone the job, and he graciously agreed. Then during the work, I realized I also needed help removing 5 sink drains, and he agreed to squeeze in that extra work as well. That was a great help.

Nate has been flexible, competent, considerate, polite, friendly, super professional and reasonably priced. A little slow responding to email sometimes. Very happy with his work & would definitely use him again. 5 Stars

They were great from top to bottom. Easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, quick clean work, and professional. After they finished, it was as if they were never there. Definitely recommend them for any sewer or plumbing needs. He was a great point man.

Today I had the pleasure of doing business with North Hills Plumbing. Though it’s never fun spending money on plumbing issues, I am glad I was introduced to this company. David and his crew came in completed the job in a timely manner, they were honest and even came in under there own bid, as well as saved me $3400 compared to the competitors bids. David was nice, professional, easy to communicate with and took pride in his workmanship. I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

the best plumbing place ever

Water heater needed some maintenance done to it thanks to the tech who came out and was able to assist us.

Was at my door 2 hours after I called on Saturdsy after Christmas! Smile on his face, explained needed work and charged reasonable fee. EXCELLENT. Would call again

They came out on schedule but failed to follow through. It took them 4 days and up to 10 calls from me to get my report. They kept saying they would call me back and never did..

Whoever was driving eastbound on I-20 on the morning of 4-4-22 almost caused 2 separate accidents due to reckless driving. If you're going to let them drive a company truck, you may want to get a better insurance policy to cover them!

It's probably the worst plumbers I've ever met. They plumbed my new house and oh boy, they made many big mistakes. Just to name two, they couldn't read the contract to know what was needed. The plumber incorrectly installed my water heater and had no idea how to operate it. It's just terrible!!!!!

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.
