It used to take forever for us to get hot water to our kitchen and masterbath. I called Top Notch Plumbing after a friend recommended them. Mark came out and evaluated our home. He gave us a complete explanation of the issue and a few different options for how to fix it. Mark was not at all pushy, which I really appreciated. He and his team were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job completed. The total cost was actually a little less than the original amount he quoted us! Now I have hot water n my kitchen in 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes! I am actually excited to wash dishes!

Next time I need plumbing services I will be calling Mark at Top Notch Plumbing.

Sewer line got blocked on Friday evening, and another plumber cancelled on me Saturday, so in desperation I called Schrader. They got me a tech (James Tuck who is fabulous) out within 2 hours, who did a great job of clearing out the tree roots that had gotten into my sewer line, and gave me an estimate on a new line. Their price was reasonable, the service was great, and James was very thorough and professional, and had a lot of great advice from 30 years in the industry. Whenever we have a plumbing issue from now on, we're calling Schrader again. So glad there are still service providers like James in the industry, who believe in giving their customers great value.

Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

Arrived promptly and was professional in their assessment of a residential plumbing issue. Recommendations made were reasonable and would call on their services again in the future.

Enjoyed visiting with Kristin discussing purchasing a replacement Hvac system. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. No high pressure which was nice. Looking forward to the new system.Could not get system start a new review for Micaiah so here goes. He was very professional and explained everything concerning the problem. Recommended we look at a new system before repairing the old system .as always his advice was great and we now am awaiting a new unit. Both he and Kristin were great tag team.

Damien was able to help get our steam room installed during our shower remodel. His expertise was much appreciated with our steam generator and the rerouting of pipes. Would recommend and use him again.

I had a new main water line put in due to a leak. New line was put in professionally and they even included a shut-off valve close to the house so I can turn my water off without calling the city. I shopped around and this company was the best deal around. I have recommended them several times since.

Shout out to Kerry Lewis Plumbing! Those guys have handled an upstairs toilet leaking into the downstairs walls, a sewage ejector pump that failed, and now our water heater. They've done these nasty jobs with a smile, they do quality work, plus carefully protect our flooring/carpet and leave their worksite spotless. They even checked our boathouse for raccoons while the heater tank was draining today! Can't recommend them highly enough!!
