I had a plumbing emergency and I called Peerless plumbing in Fort Worth, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said they could come right away. The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or any other plumbing job.

Mike arrive this morning to take care of some heating issues we were having in our home, and we ended up with tremendous customer service from this gentleman.

Major plumbing repairs are never convenient or fun but the team at Accurate made it as painless as possible. We had a major re-route of our kitchen and utility room lines. The old cast iron pipes had finally collapsed and Accurate replaced them with new PVC lines without digging up our slab. They ran the lines on the exterior of the home to save time and money. The repair was done faster than they initially quoted and they made sure to minimize the amount of time we had to go without running water. And the best part is their quote was thousands cheaper than a local competitor. I will definitely call them again if our bathroom lines need repair.

Lonnie Bravo does substandard work. He dry fitted pipes together and went to lunch. Upon return he never glued them. He put pipes and drains on wrong walls, drains facing the wrong direction, toilet flanges too close to the wall (non ADA), wrong size pipe, etc. He decided on his own to change a floorplan to make it easier for him to do plumbing. All this had to be ripped out and redone. He was paid a fee to start and we received no value.

In addition, he filed a lien for the entire amount. Despite doing bad work he never supplied fixtures or finished but filed a lien stating he did. This was all for CHURCH!

His lawyer, Stanley Cramb, filed a lien without properly notifying the client then becamne unreachable to help remove the fraudulent lien.

Avoid this guy at all costs or else it will cost you a lot of grief!

TerryDon and Ryan were very polite and explained what they were doing through the whole repair process. I would recommend them.

These guys are the best in the metroplex. Fair pricing with exceptional service. I've had them out for several repairs and they always do a great job and when they leave the house is clean just like when they arrived. I've recommended them to all my friends and family.

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

Absolutely the nicest, most honest plumber I have ever encountered in my life. Corey immediately helped us and saved us a ton of money just by being honest and having a desire to help even if it meant he couldn't charge us to do something others were trying to charge us a lot of money to do. He was happy to help us over the phone before we even met him. Plumbers never do that! I cannot imagine using another plumber to do anything and hope he will help us for all our plumbing needs forever!

STAY AWAY from this family business. I called and spoke to a very rude lady who answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and never received a call back. They are a crook!

Direct Plumbing & Drain Services are the best! My favorite plumber is Hayden. He installed my new gas water heater and now I can take a nice hot shower during those cold winter months I'm going to have him fix that leaky faucet next week.

This is a really good company to go with on fixing water heaters. I had 100 gallon one go out at the nursing home I work at. Brian and Nate did a fantastic job replacing are old one, I know it was alot of work thanks guys and Amy that took my call was a real sweetheart I will be calling them again in the future if I need plumbing done.
