I cant say enough great things about Phillip and his staff. I've had to call them out to my newly purchased home twice and both times they were thorough, professional, and gave me tips to help save me tons of money!!! Lonnie Bravo does substandard work. He dry fitted pipes together and went to lunch. Upon return he never glued them. He put pipes and drains on wrong walls, drains facing the wrong direction, toilet flanges too close to the wall (non ADA), wrong size pipe, etc. He decided on his own to change a floorplan to make it easier for him to do plumbing. All this had to be ripped out and redone. He was paid a fee to start and we received no value.

In addition, he filed a lien for the entire amount. Despite doing bad work he never supplied fixtures or finished but filed a lien stating he did. This was all for CHURCH!

His lawyer, Stanley Cramb, filed a lien without properly notifying the client then becamne unreachable to help remove the fraudulent lien.

Avoid this guy at all costs or else it will cost you a lot of grief!

We paid 75.00 to tell us the insurance isn't paying n we needed a leak looked at n if we wanted it fix insurance has to give ok n the guy just leaves. He tells us we can't open the sheetrock for him to look at it.

My technicians name was Ellis and he was the most respectful man I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. He was clear and straight to the point on identifying my plumbing issue, and explaining what steps needed to fix the problem. He had my outdoor pipe fixed in no time and my outdoor water line works great. An exceptional technician and If you are in need of a plumber in the Fort Worth or Saginaw area I highly recommend his plumbing service.

I needed to have my main lines replaced from the list cleanout back to the cast iron. 24 HR Emergency Plumber_Fort Worth Inc took care of it all, on the same day, and everything is running just fine. Thank you, guys, I will refer you to my friends..

Don’t let them fool you , 5 stars based on 5 reviews probably the manager and employees wrote them , called last Monday had a plumbing problem came and charged me 250 $ which is I’m ok with that , 4 days later had the same problem called again, Chris answered told him about the issue, his respond was yeah we’re not responsible we have to charge you again to do it, I said thank you but I will not call this company again they don’t do credit card only cash so they make sure no money back .

We feel extremely lucky to have found GulfStream. These folks were fast, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very reasonably priced. 5 STARS!

I know this company does good work! however I was not treated very well as a contractor. I called and spoke to Toni and we had a great conversation. I was excited about having a new plumber doing some work for me. She talked a good game and I was sold. The owner came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. I had another job for them to look at as well. I sent the plans for the second job. Then I was informed that all they do is repair plumbing. When I asked about if they were going to do the other job that they bid for me, she said she would get back to me and then never called me back. I had to hire another plumbing company to do the job and they charged double what I had figured for the job and that came right out of my pocket. If that is how you are going to do business then say so up front.
Don't come to my job and give me a bid and then back out when I get the job.
As a plumbing repair company they are top notch and I highly recommend!
