I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

Did troubleshooting on a problem I was having. And when everything checked Jorge helped me save money on my AC.

Plumber came to my house for a leak in the bathroom. Water company said constant usage. Plumber said Well, it could be outside the house, we can start digging for $3800, or it could be a slab leak which is $12,000 or more. He said he would return to his office to write up the bid for my insurance company. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. So glad I got a 2nd opinion. American Leak Detection came, after 15 mins...Ma'am, you need a new toilet. Valve leaking from wall. $500 problem fixed. Never again, Ernie!!!I'm amending this review following the response from Ernie's Plumbing below. Sir, I ASSURE YOU I'm not confused with regard to this visit by YOUR particular location. I do not use my actual name when posting publicly on the internet. I DID contact your office to let THEM know who I was and that I was posting this, they said they'd let a manager know. The service location was Cloverdale Drive in Ft. Worth and your plumber's name was Brian. I quoted the conversation verbatim and I stand by what I said. He was supposed to be writing up a diagnosis which I could submit to my insurance and I never heard back from him again. I would never post this without having my facts straight. I will call your office again tomorrow to make sure you know who I am. Thanks!!!

Waymon is an excellent A/C technician. He is very friendly, honest and gives knowledgeable advice. We always request him and have been completely happy with his work.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way.

I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made.

It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!
