Clark Stewart was our HVAC technician. He arrived on time, very friendly but professional at the same time. He didn’t try to sell us, but to discover what our concerns were by asking a lot of question prior to making a recommendation. This is rare in a fast paced service world to really focus on your clients needs instead of profit. Nonetheless, he is/was thoroughly and we had an overall exceptional service with him. I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!

The tech arrived when he said he would and listened to me. He then proceeded to check everything and located the problem. Offered my choices and explained their service plan. Got the job done and my air is already cooling

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

We had a bathroom shower faucet that decided to break and keep flowing water. When I shut off the water to the entire house, the shutoff valve did not fully close. We were referred to Brad by one of our neighbors. When I called him, he immediately picked up, told me when he was able to come to the house, kept informed of his schedule via text and arrived as promised. Brad fixed the shower faucet and also corrected the shutoff valve to the house. I plan to use Brad for our tankless water heater maintenance this spring. Thank you Brad!!
