Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

Please beware when using this company for your air conditioning service. I called them to service my A/C and was charged $660. My A/C still was not cooling and I called them back out. I was told that I needed a new system which would cost me $8700. I could not afford this and therefore call an certified A/C tech from TRANE. He advised that I did not need a new A/C system but the previous tech over pressurized the system. He corrected Metro Energy's service tech error and my A/C has been working fine since. I called Metro Energy Saver to advised that I had to pay another tech to correct their work and I wanted a partial refund . I was given numerous excuses and was told there was nothing they could do for me. IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK WITH A COMPANY WHO WILL TRUELY BACK THEIR WORK DON'T USE METRO ENERGY SAVERS.

They came out promptly and cleared out the problem quickly and expeditiously.

This is the first time we’ve used Earnie’s Plumbing. What really helped us to decide on them, was that there was a free estimate, with no travel charge. Also, they were willing to work on a Saturday. However, we were even more pleasantly surprised with Greg, their journeyman plumber. He really was full of knowledge; and his work was quick and effective. He also had good things to say about his boss, Earnie. 😊 We would definitely use Earnie’s Plumbing again. And, we would like to thank them for sending out Greg, who represented their company, with excellence!

My AC unit is out and I had them here to price the replacement. I was told I would have a price back by the end of the day and still no price. It is 10:50 pm and no price. While the guy was nice enough, it does not help me to get my AC unit replaced or make a decision. Only gave a star because it made me.

Brad and his helper are stand up guys and I would highly recommend them. This was the second time I’ve used Total Care Plumbing. This time he repaired an ATT damaged underground pipe. After the repair, my eyeonwater app sent me an alert that I had an ongoing leak of 1.4 gallons per hour. After emailing Brad, he was at my house in less than one hour to see what was going on. He showed me the meter was showing a leak and said he did not believe it was coming from his work. Brad then had me shut off the valves to my toilets and when I got back outside, he showed me on the meter that the leak had stopped, then showed me the part I needed to fix the toilet myself, which I did.
