I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

I called the day after Christmas to set up an appointment, not expecting much, my main plumbing line was clogged and I had my tubs filling with dirty water and toilets not flushing. After speaking with the lady to make arrangements and letting her know i had small children she assured me they would get it fixed today and would try to hurry as to not put me or my children in inconvience of having to stay somewhere else. She gave me a time frame and was very nice. The service tech guy, Henry, I believe, for here on the dot and was not only fast but very efficient. He had my main line unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He told me it was due to root growing from a tree and he unclogged it and got us back to running water. I was super impressed with how nice and fast they were. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Clayton and Jovi are wonderful employees! They showed up on time, early in fact, and were very personable and listened to what I had to say. We’ve had several other plumbers come out and they just wrote me off, but not these guys. They camera'd our line and let me watch and explained everything we saw. Did a great job telling me what the next steps were too! 10/10 would recommend!

Dusty was thorough, efficient and explained each of the repairs needed along with the breakdown of all charges so that I could opt out of certain things if desired. Roto-Rooter answered my request for a quote almost immediately and were able to schedule the next day. I will definitely call them again if needed. Thank you very much!

John & Mary are super responsive and hard-working. They came prepared with everything they needed to remove and replace two outdoor spigots that had suffered freeze damage. Great value for the price!!!
