I had a plumbing emergency and these guys cancelled my appointment and their dispatcher was too busy telling me about his problems. While my bathroom was flooded. I want to give them a 0 rating, that's what they deserve. I called Milestone plumbing and they have someone 30mins away.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.

Looks like I'm not the only one to experience driving concerns and getting hung up as well. Great quality customer service with this one.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
