The receptionist was polite and positive! She sent a plumber within an hour . Tommy was professional, experienced and polite. He fixed our significant leak promptly! We were very thankful.

Myles and Nick promptly showed up to replace our hot water heater after a leak. He was very courteous and explained the process. The cost was fair and I highly recommend using KMP.

The office staff and technician were nice but the problem was i was advised i needed a $1900 part when all he could have advised to blow the debris out the main drain like the other tech did

Geoff did a fantastic job! He showed up on time. Metro Energy Savers technicians always wear booties and place mats on the floor so no dirt is tracked in to the house. Service was completed in the time promised. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
