KMP is who we use for our plumbing at a long time local veterinary business here in Arlington. They are always professional and they communicate very well.

The company send someone to fix air conditioning within 4 hours on a very hot day. He fixed the air conditioning and told us what was wrong. Explained that a maintenance may help us milk another couple of years out of our condenser so we've scheduled that. Will call them again if we need them. Great service.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
