In addition to our immediate needs, Roy with Flat - Rate Plumbing took some time to explain the difference between plumbing fixtures from big box stores and those sold through plumbing supply companies. We had a pipe in our yard burst and Joe Azcona came out to fix it. He was very upfront about the price and any circumstances that might change the quote. We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day.
