Quality service and very honest.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

Roy Adams has excellent reviews for a reason - he is great to work with. He gave me an accurate price quote over the phone and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend him highly to anyone and will definitely call him in the future for any issues.
