Shawn and Daniel did a great job on the plumbing in out bathroom which is being converted into a wet room and required some extensive revamping and re-positioning of various items in the room. Shawn went above and beyond in helping expedite the repairs and Daniel assisted him in a very knowledgeable and efficient manner. We were blessed to have them do the work for us

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. First time using this company as we just moved into the area. They were responsive, followed through as needed. Jeff Burks was professional and knowledgeable. Price is also reasonable. Would definitely use them again for future needs!!!

Metro technician came out and did a quick test and try to sell me a whole new ac system for 14k. Called my insurance, they sent out their technician, he said my compressor was out. Paid only $345 for the 10lb of freon and a new compressor. Saved 14k. Horrible tech! (Waymon)

Bowtie replaced my hot and cold water washing machine faucets. The price was very resasonable and was done quickly and professionally. If I have another plumbing need, I'm calling Bowtie!

Matt has done several jobs for us, tub and shower installs, leaky pipes in the wall, and just recently replaced our sewer line and put in two new cleanouts. Hes honest and reliable, we wouldnt hire anyone else for any plumbing!

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
