We had a Plumbing issue and the Service man came out and fixed it. He made sure that he cleared the pipes very well, gave great clear instructions on how to keep the pipes clear and was extremely polite. I will Definitely be using Roto-Rooter for any future problems that may occur!👌

When another company insisted that I needed a $16,000 HVAC replacement system, I called Paschal and they fixed the issue for under $500 with replacement parts. Can't beat that.

The WORST customer service!!! They did a job for us and broke something else. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to return to fix their damage. Then the repair was incomplete and have had to schedule additional repairs waiting over a week each time for them to finish and incomplete job!!!!!

The tech that was sent out was ok just seemed new and not able to answer questions. Was not happy that our 2 year old system is already having blower motor/relay problems. The tech did the diagnostic and said it was a relay. Said he bypassed the relay and blower motor worked. Ok'd the relay replacement. Once replaced, he then said it was a bad blower motor. He wasn't able to explain why it worked when bypassed but not when new relay put in. The part is covered under manufacturer warranty but still wanted to charge over $500 to fix. And this is on top of them just being out less than a month ago. At that visit, I was told my capacitor needed to be replaced. No mention of that this time around. I don't mind paying for quality work from people I trust, but ever since the Walker took over Metro Energy Savers, I'm having a hard time trusting their techs.

Cody explained to me very clearly the steps that needed to be taken to replace my pressure reduction valve. He was knowledgeable and professional. Caleb (Big Country) did a great job with installing it. I never knew the water pressure in my house was so low all these years. It’s quite a change having water come out nice and strong! I also appreciate Caleb cleaning up everything before he left. Thanks Cody and Caleb!

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call. They came out quickly and resolved my issue. The plumber was hilarious, even at 4am - who would have guessed! Will absolutely be doing business with them again. Thank you!
