Best Plumbing Issue in Arlington TX

This place is great I had slab leak they fixed it and at great price.

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

We had our sink back up when using the dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was Friday after and I had called a bunch of other plumbers who didn't have time to come out until the next week. Roto Rooter said they could have someone come by in 1-2 hours. Had a call before they came almost 2 hours to the time they said. They pulled apart the pipes under my sink to try to clear the clog but were unable to reach the clog. As one plumber was putting together the pipes under my sink again the other was up on the roof going through the roof vent. The price was still the same quoted even after all the work needed. Definitely going with roto rooter for future work.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I'm blown away by the excellent service I received from this plumbing company. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and charged a fair price.

We had great initial customer service from the plumber, Mario (September 2022). We ended up having them replace or liner significant sections of our piping from our bathrooms. This was when we started encountering issues with All Masters Plumbing. They ended up digging at least 10 feet in the wrong direction underneath our house. They would've dug even farther, but I caught them digging in the wrong spot when I got off from work.Then in October 2022, we requested an itemized receipt of all the plumbing work that was done and documentation related to flooring damage they've went radio-silent. We've called their office multiple times each work week, but have been told that they'd leave a message for the manager and the manager would get back to us. I'm writing this review at the end of November 2022 (date of initial Google review November 27, 2022), and we still haven't received a single itemized receipt or damage documentation from All Masters. As most of you know, due to their refusal to provide documentation, we can't submit reimbursement from insurance for the plumbing repairs we already paid them for, but we can't initiate our restoration work (massive flooring repairs).Just beware of a company that is happy to take your money, but won't even provide you any documentation of work completed. I'll be sure to update this review as the process continues. Just wanted give the next person some warning about All Masters Plumbing, before they make a decision.Initially contacted All Masters Plumbing for repairs September 16, 2022. Still awaiting response for documentation of repairs on November 27, 2022.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Wesley came in on his off time to address my problem with the tankless water heater. After quickly figuring out the issue, he ordered parts and fixed the problem. He explained each step what was being done. I highly recommend DFW and Wesley. He will be my go to person.

Derick and Jacob came out promptly when other companies couldn’t to help me find a leak that was causing significant flooding in my home. They were very personable and took time to explain everything they were doing and costs prior to doing it. I very much recommend this company and will use them again myself if needed.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
