Best Plumbing Contractor in Arlington TX

They sent out one of their technicians today named Robert Ray to give a second opinion and he was very friendly and took pictures and videos of our unit so that he could thoroughly explain to me what’s going on! I am overall very happy with the experience, I like that I know exactly what’s going on and what we have to do to fix it. Awesome company! Highly recommend!

Plumbing disaster on a Saturday afternoon...every one else said next week except these guys ....we got functional by 8pm Saturday evening...
By Wednesday we got FIXED...50 years of tree roots and sludge out of the way. Three guys in total....absolutely perfect customer service...polite...knowledgeable....attentive...

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
