My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

I called the wrong number, I was trying to reach another plumbing company but clicked on the wrong listing. I'm glad I did! The gentleman that came out went above and beyond to we were happy to have him. We will not go back tot he other company we used to use. We never experienced such great customer service like this!

I needed to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen, and I hired Green Star Plumbing Company for the job. The plumber was knowledgeable and installed the fixtures flawlessly. They also provided helpful tips for maintenance. I'm pleased with their service and will use their expertise for future plumbing projects.

Roy was awesome! Prices were high considering I had my pipes uncovered with the studs but I needed the work. Appointment time was from 12-4 and arrived at 4:15.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Michael (plumber #410) came out to replace the outside water cut-off valve that was leaking. In assessing the situation to give me a quote, and just by chance, he noticed that the overflow drain on the outside near the cut off valve from the water heater was dripping. I thought, oh no, a new water heater is in my future expense ledger! Michael went right away to see what was going on at the water heater and found that it was only the drain valve leaking. Oh what a relief! Michael's first priority became repairing the water heater drain valve to prevent a possible home flood. He re-worked his quote to include this extra job and presented it to my wife and me that we accepted. Because the job now required considerable more work than originally anticipated, Michael called in Terry (plumber #568) so the job wouldn't go into the next day. They both worked on these two things until nearly dinner time. They did a beautiful job by putting in some extras that would make the job easier if we ever had these problems again (at no extra charge). Michael and Terry kept me informed of progress throughout the entire day that started at 8:30 am.I've used Ernie's Plumbing for several years and hope I don't need them again. But if I do, I'll certainly call them and request Michael or Terry.

Been using this company for years and the men are always very professional and friendly, they will talk you through what they need to do, I would recommend to everyone I know, infact I need business cards to hand out their that good.

We’ve used Nikki’s company twice. Once for a garbage disposal replacement and a second time for a water softener installation. She came out and looked at what needed to be done and is very professional. Also, super prompt and efficient. Would not hesitate to call them for any home needs!

Brad was awesome. Broken hot water pipe that could have been very expensive. Came out right away to stop the potentially damaging water flow. Found a less expensive fix than we'd ever imagined. Fixed it on a Saturday! Professional, careful with my floors, went the extra step. Even put in an access panel so we can take care of things more easily. Will definitely use for future renovations and when problems crop up.
