Our plumber was able to problem solve and suggested a couple of different alternatives to our problem. He was an educator and problem solver. I felt empowered by the encounter.

I used this company for a new house build.... Pressure tank relocation and install, water heater install with drains and supply lines, waste water ventilation, 3 toilet installs, sink drains, and bath tub install with faucet and shower head. I was very impressed when they showed up and gave me answers on the spot for the time it would take and a price. Will not hesitate to call them for my next project!

Metro Energy Savers service tech, Nathan, checked out our two AC/Heat systems for the heating season. He did a thorough job and identified problems which he explained well and gave me options on how to resolve the two problems. He took extra time to explain and resolve everything. We have used Metro Energy Savers for close to 10 years and they have done a great job maintaining our systems.

I sent Milestone to my mom's house for an electrical issue. Wayne Worthen was her tech. He was very respectful and explained her situation to me. He got her up and running and also explained all of his recommendations. He was not pushy at all. They are pricey, but I expected that from this company. I have used Milestone in the past and they have always done a fabulous job. I know they are going to do the job correctly. They explain everything upfront.

We've been with WHM since 2004 and they are our first call for home maintenance.

I would never recommend this company, especially their tech James who is a total scammer!!
I had a relatively easy fix (1.5hr job for a rookie tech); a leak in a 1” nipple between the water meter and the water pressure reducing valve on our water supply line. I showed their tech exactly where the leak was; he immediately started to tell me we needed to replace the entire water supply line from the meter to the house…ya, without even digging in. Again, I showed him the actual leak, and explained all that needed to be done. He looked at it for a moment, then agreed and cleaned out around the hole at the meter box. When he dug out around the pressure release valve it was clear to see all he needed to do was replace the nipple and plum the valve back in. Again, he started telling me he needed to replace everything because it would not work unless he did this and that… he just kept talking, making thing up (one of those guys who think all homeowners are all idiots). I actually got down and pointed out what needed to be done; again silence, then he agreed I was right… what an ass!! He wanted to do a lot of work on our line that was not needed. I am an engineer by trade, my specially was troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, piping (pluming) issues. This job should have been completed in 1.5hr’s tops. My wife keep asking me why he was just standing around on his phone all the time… Because of lack of actual work the job took him two (2) hours, he ended up replacing the nipple that was leaking, but then replaced all the new brass extensions/fittings on the water pressure reducing valve we had installed a few years prior (in great condition) and he replaced those with PVC pipe… He charged us $595.00 for this. Beware of this company!!!

Josh, our technician, arrived on time and before starting his work he reviewed the financial arrangements made while making the appointment, reviewed what he was going to do, and said if any problems were evident he would discuss them with us before making the repairs. He spent a great deal of time checking out the units to make sure they were working correctly. He wore shoe covers when he came into the house. He showed up with a mask. After completing the job he reviewed everything with us. We feel confident with his inspection of our units.
