Great guy. Did a wonderful job. Explained everything and answered all my question. Highly recommend.

I recently switched to Dial One for my semi-annual plumbing and HVAC maintenance. I could not be happier. Kerlin came to my home today - he was thorough, helpful, inquisitive. He made sure everything was in good working order and got me all fixed up. The value for the price paid on their maintenance plan is already good, but when you get to deal with great employees like Kerlin - it's even better.

I’m so impressed with the level of knowledge and quick thinking the technicians had and was able to find the problem and it turned into an easy fix. I would recommend them to anyone needing any repairs needed. They are very thorough and explain everything to you.

We set up to have our A/C units tuned_up. Our service technician, Justyn, was very nice and informative. We will definitely use Milestone again!

I have used Williams HOme Maintenance for many years for both Heat & air and plumbing. I have never been disappointed in their service.

My experience with the technician was fine. He got my air conditioning unit to come on and reset replaced some parts. The next day, my home is warm again. Reached out, but know has returned my call. Idk about this company

Good work

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
