Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Today I had an employee from KMP Plumbing to visit my home. He understood customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He advised me that what I thought I needed (higher price) wasn’t necessary. He advised me on what I needed. Being female I have found that I am always sold something I don’t need, a female tax. He also came prepared with a mask and practiced social distancing. If you need help with plumbing, I highly recommend KMP. You can’t go wrong, I promise you.
