Thomas was great to work with! Explained everything that was wrong and got it done quickly.Update: a few months after he had came out, we had finish putting our shower together and realized that a part was missing. Thomas came back out and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend!

At first I thought I was getting great service. The repairman was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He told me what he thought the problem was, how he was planning on fixing it, and the cost. He told me he would wave the service fee, only charge me for the parts, and even give me some free freon for my AC unit. He said he would try to fix the problem quickly because he knew I had a dog and kids in the house. Only later did I find out that the parts he charged me 500 dollars for only added up to be about 100, if that, and the fix only lasted two days before the unit completely blew out. Granted he may not know have that would happen however trying to get the company to come back and look at my AC unit on a Saturday was like pulling teeth and they wanted to charge us a weekend emergency fee even though on their website clearly states that their business NEVER charges for weekend services. All in all I felt very taken advantage of and needless to say we will not be using this company to replace our AC unit.

We pick Milestone Electric due to the profesional bid we got back from them but the men doing the job worked thru 100* days in the attic & under the house .the house came out great one call back & they cleared that up quick .still great thanks much

I want to thank the men from Metro Energy Savers for quickly responding to my call when our A/C unit in September on a 90 degree day. Jesse & David arrived with a complete new unit & spent the day removing the old & installing our new unit up in our attic & outside. They spent most of the day up in the attic working with little breaks. They were very professional introducing themselves & explaining what all would take place. They were very careful & respectful of my home! They placed coverings on their shoes & cloths down to protect the floor. There were times that I hardly knew they were here. I feel very comfortable in recommending these two gentlemen for any service that you could need. Metro Energy Savers was definitely our Savers in timely responding & installing our A/C & Heating unit! I would recommend this company for all of your A/C & Heating needs!
