Best Electrical Outlet in Arlington TX

I had a full A/C system installed and on the installation, two installers had issues. I feel they wasted time on the issues and the system quit, before morning. When I called the next morning, they scheduled what they said was their best tech. When Jonathan Gallippo arrived, he got right to work to fix problems and explained what he was doing. I have very high respect for him and his work. Job well done.

Randy from Metro Engery Savers came out today for a problem with our heater. He was super helpful, didn’t mind my thousand questions, and was very respectful. Would be glad to work with Randy again in the future!

Mr Loma and his assistant were both extraordinary. Arrived on time, reviewed the work scope, worked all day, showed before & after photos of the work done inside & out, answered questions… I’m very impressed.

I contacted Stephen, who is the service manager, because of a bad experience where a service tech, Josue, came to my house and diagnosed a problem with one of my AC units and stated that I had a “bad control board” and it would be $500 to replace. After he left I went into the attic and long story short realized that the plug that my unit was plugged into was actually bad and fixed the issue with an extension cord. The next day when I called to complain it took two days for Stephen to contact me and that is after I called back to see why I haven’t been contacted. Then Stephen suggests that he comes out and takes a look at it, even though my unit is working fine, so I agree and set up an appointment at 11am, well at 12pm his secretary calls and say that Stephen was running late, is now a good time...needless to say if I would’ve went and looked for myself this would have probably been a good review on how nice Jouse was and how satisfied I was, but luckily I caught the broken plug or else I would have been out $500. So beware and double check these guys because you could be the next victim.
