Best Cooling System in Arlington TX

Joe and Jason came today and preformed an annual PM on our 4 year old AC system. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. Each introduced themselves and conducted a thorough run through of all major components of the system. Their recommendations were not viewed as an attempt to upsell and were offered as suggestions that could potentially save later service interruptions. I appreciate these and know from experience that system weakness thresholds are often sources of frustration when systems are stressed during peak times. My service Technician was Waymon. He was on time, pleasant and he checked the unit inside and outside. He apologized for the heat blast he needed to do to check the system for the fall/winter. He discussed with me the service from the last visit and how it helped this visit to be trouble free. He gave me some tips and some things to look out for. He seemed very competent so I'd call for him again.

Your technician, Michael #410, appeared on time to replace one of the toilets at my home. He was courteous yet businesslike in his dealings with me. Michael explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. I accepted. When he discovered the need for additional repairs he again explained thoroughly the reason for these, and gave me a revised job cost.Michael is obviously a very experienced plumber, but what impressed me most was his feel for good customer relations. The job was completed to my full satisfaction. I am now an Ernie's Plumbing customer. For future plumbing needs I will contact you and ask for Michael.
