With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

Replaced a 20 year old water heater that was leaking. Techs came out to look at it and gave me a quote that matched what I received online. They were very nice and professional, great installation experience and was not as high as many other plumbers I got quotes from. They registered the product with the product company on-site for the warranty so there was nothing left for me to do. Will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

H&H Plumbing, 5217 Davis Boulevard 76180, was very adaptable to my needs mechanically and mentally. I needed a waterline hooked up to the icebox and a shower head with a long reach hose installed. I always fear ANYONE in my house due to CPTSD. I called the office the morning of my appointment, at the beginning of an anxiety attack. The Lady who answered the phone did not hesitate or ask why, when I asked her if she could describe the person who was scheduled to come to my home. After she describe him for me, I explained I had anxiety about letting anyone in my house. When Zac arrived, there was no hint of you’re nuts lady. He got right to work and let me ramble on and on, play my music, and ask questions to calm down while he worked. He left no hint of pushing or prodding feeling. He was very quiet, calming, professional, and respectful. I came into this (needing a plumber) scared and worried from way too many horror stories. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
