All Masters was referred to me by my home warranty company and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and communicative and exceeded my expectations. The tech, Doug, explained what needed to be done and the process for repair. Ashley communicated with me regularly to keep me up to speed on timelines and next steps. Bryan (the owner) proactively communicated with the warranty company, the city and me to keep the project moving along to completion. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
