He bent over backwards to try to find the problem. He could not but left me instructions on what to do when/if it happens again and then call him and he will come back.Very professional. Very nice. Very thorough.I will use the company again and again!!!Highly recommend them.

Dan came out at the time that was appointed. I found him to be very proficient and professional and courteous. After inspecting the unit and the thermostat he explained and my needs and my options. It is very nice meeting him.

My service from Metro Energy Savers was great! The service technician was dressed in a clean and well ironed shirt and slacks. He was on time and immediately presented his badge as I greeted him at my door.He explained in detail every service he provided during his visit. He took the extra time to clean up after he serviced the air conditioner inside and outside.He was pleasant, respectful and displayed excellent people skills.Mr. Nick Liles was great. We will request Mr. Liles for our next Metro Energy Service request.
