Francisco did excellent work. and went above and beyond expectations. He is so professional and polite. Additionally, during this trying time of the Covid 19 pandemic, he was extremely cautious and respectful. I am very pleased with Lee's Air Conditioning and will continue to be a loyal customer.

On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

I can't say enough good things about Controlled Climates and Ray. Our heater broke and Ray came out to fix it. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He put down a tarp and wore covers on his shoes to keep our carpets clean. Ray quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with his professionalism and I will definitely be calling them again if I should have issues in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Called with possible issue and got a quick and courteous response.
Anthony came out right away and checked to see if we had a leak in water lines and it was discovered that we did not. Fast and efficient and courteous. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used this service and I am so pleased...starting with the young lady answering the phone to Kevin who professionally and quickly determined and solved my problems!!

Cris helped me out a few weeks ago. As a plumber myself I thought I could change out a leaky shower cartridge. Well not this one, I called Cris and he was there within an hour. I went and got the part and when I got back the new one was ready to install.

On Friday my water heater was leaking so I called a well-known plumbing company here in Fresno. They told me I needed a new one. I said OK go ahead and install it. They said they couldn't do it until Tuesday. I'd be without hot water for 4 days. Saturday morning 7AM, I contacted my son-in-law, Bob, and told him the problem. He said I have just the plumbing company to help you. I will call my friend at Art Douglas Plumbing and I'm sure they can help you. He contacted them and called me back. He said someone from Douglas will call you at 9AM. Sure enough, at 9AM, I received a call from Michael to let me know that someone was on their way. Josh came and evaluated the situation and I had my water heater installed and working by 7PM same day. Josh, the technician, gave me superb service. He even came by this morning to install a steel metal plate to cover the damage that the water had caused at no extra charge. He didn't have to do this but he did. That is what I call good customer service. Guess what? Next time if I have a plumbing problem the first one I will call is Art Douglas Plumbing. Not only did I get good service but I saved $1200. as the other company was a lot more expansive.
