Best Water Heaters in Fresno CA

Lees Air is very good. They came out at 9pm on a weeknight to fix a blown air conditioner. Their techs are professional and knowledgeable and they do an excellent job. We use them for our A/C needs

They were horrible. Left the snake stuck in my line. Having trouble since 2015. I will not go thru them again.

Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. Highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning unit was not working properly, so we had to shut it off. We called Controlled Climates and we had a person come out the next day, find what was wrong, and fix it. He did not leave until our air conditioner was working properly. And of course this all happened when it was over 100° outside, so we really needed it fixed. Dallas was our service tech and he was extremely professional, he knew what he was doing, and he got it done. We will always call Controlled Climates to service our air conditioning/heater.

Replaced 3 toilets. No problems. Professional and easy to deal with. Good price too. Definitely will use again.

Rapid Rooter is the best in Fresno...
After three very highly rated and well known plumbing companies came onsite and couldn't help, it was Ed with Rapid Rooter to the rescue. Ed was able to locate our buried clean-out and bring it up to grade as well as showing me (with the camera) exactly where the issues were and a clean pipe afterwards.
Competitive prices are also a plus.
They are prompt and efficient and provide excellent customer service.
Ed is welcome in our home anytime.

Needed to replace flush valve on Toto Toilet. Came out and said he would get back to me because he would have to order part. 2 days later received call telling me that the part has been discontinued and I had two options replace the toilet for $850.00 or the tank for $400.00 (assuming it included installation and take away of old toilet. Advised him that was the wrong answer and then went online and in 30 secs. found a company out of NY that had discontinued parts. Ordered on line for $ 32.00 and arrived in 4 days. Called Verns Plumbing and had it installed in 30 mins.

Lesson. Don't trust them they lack professionalism and service to customers.
