I have had nothing but horror experiences with plumbers dispatched from our home warranty company! To my surprise Pacific Plumbing was the complete opposite!! They showed up when they stated they would, received a courtesy phone call to inform me they were on their way, and came prepared to work! The gal at the office even confirmed the work to be done! So when they arrived they had their tools, equipment and replacement parts needed!!! To my surprise they competed the job in less than an hour, and even cleaned up after themselves!!! Jerry and Eddie restored my faith in Plumbers and I will request Pacific Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have from now on!!! Very professional from start to finish!!! Great customer service!
