On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

This was my 2nd scheduled maintenance appointment, and Daniel was the technician who came out. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained a couple of options for me to consider, such as a surge protector for my unit, and as we were discussing the bad air, he recommended an air purifier that is installed on the AC unit itself…things I will defy consider…

They upgraded some shut off valves and connectors from what I had so it will last longer without problems. They were timely, very professional, and very courteous. My grandmother needed her 20+ year old water heater replaced, so I contacted over a dozen plumbers for quotes and received a very fair quote on yelp from Clark Family Water Heaters. I called Bryan in the morning to let him know that we were going to replace the water heater with him and he was here in the afternoon with a brand new one. He replaced the water heater and all the accompanying accessories (hoses, hose insulation, earthquake straps, valves, etc.), and hauled away the old one. He stuck to the quote he gave us on yelp messaging and didn’t tack on any hidden fees like many plumbers do at the end. Overall we’re very happy with our experience, and strongly recommend. Bryan was extremely friendly, personable and especially very helpful to my 87 year old grandmother who he explained the whole installation to, and took great care of her and her house.
