We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after “regular business hours”!! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour!! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus!! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company!! I’ll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future!!

We had a water line break in our attic and had American Leak Detection come out for leak detection them leak repair. Our technician Jose did an excellent job in repairing the leak, checking other areas of the pipe for any issues and then cleaning up any mess left behind. He was professional, knowledgeable,.
