I usually don't write reviews, unless the service is horrible or really awesome! Well, Low-Cost Plumbing deserves some recognition here. We've used Low-Cost Plumbing twice before and a third time around today. They are professional, friendly, mindful, and honest experts in the work they do. Let me start with the office staff: Priscilla is wonderful. She greets you on the phone, call and update you when the technician are on their way to your house. If they have your email and a phone number on file, you'll receive multiple notices (via phone call, text, and emails, mind they'll ask you in advance if these communications are OK with you) of your appointment(s), when the technician are on their way, your paid invoice(s) or bids. So, really, you can't complain that they didn't make any effort to get in contact with you. Moreover, the three technician we had - have been great! They are professional experts and honest with their work and opinions. I wished I remember their names (my apologies!). Before starting their tasks, they listen to your concerns, examine the issue(s), propose what they plan to do, provide you with the estimate, if the cost sounds right, you sign the contract, copies of the contract are given to you, and they get to work. They're mindful of your space, time, and ensure there's no mess during and after their work. Once the work is completed, they'll illustrate what they did and ensure you are happy with it. Copies of the invoice(s) and payment(s) are sent to you via text or email, and they'll be on their way. On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

They were professional, Tony and Jerry arrived in the time window they gave me. They also recognized the problem quickly and replaced the part that was the problem. They also cleaned out a line that was leaking. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing to anyone with these types of issues in there home or business.

Edward and Diane were great! I really didn't know what I was getting into until Edward came by and inspected my problem. Edward was very honest , educated me on what my root cause could be, and took the time to break down what we will be need to fix my sewer line. Edward also offered to save me some money, which was a huge plus. How can you not like that. right? Furthermore, the problem was fixed within a day as promised. I will definitely use their service again in the future and recommend their business to anyone who needs plumbing work.
