Person was on time. Checked all locations to see where it could be clogged. Was told how much it would cost. Was told on what he was going to do to fix the problem. Martin was very friendly and listened to what kind of problem I was having.

He was really polite! It was just my Mom and I, and he fixed our clogged garbage disposal. We were glad we didn't have to pay any extra fees to replace any parts.

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

Pacific Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Pacific Plumbing replaced what we thought was the main shut off valve. turns out it was not, they replaced the wrong valve. we called them back out thinking the main valve was broken again. they came out and turns out what we had them replace was not the main valve afterall. it was on their second visit wherein, they pointed out our main shut off valve was located in a different area and works fine. Wish that had been caught on their first visit since we ended up paying for them to replace the wrong valve. Unfortunately, the valve we thought was the main shutoff was originally pointed out to us by our home inspector - turns out he was wrong. Pacific Plumbing was responsive and punctual.

Updated: Was finally charged for my second service about 3 months after the fact. Never noticed it wasn’t charged when the service was completed and I had given them my card for payment. Definitely not a fan of that. Invoice should of been paid when I gave them my credit care information. After reviewing the first service they did the same thing as well.

Andrey install new sink and had to replace some molded wood in my kitchen. Andrey did excellent cutting the granite countertop as well. If you got a project small or big, Andrey is your guy!
