Ernesto was amazing. I was especially impressed with all of the time he took explaining the problem my heater was experiencing, and all of the options for correcting the problem. He also took the time to explain exactly how my system works, how to maintain it, and how to save money doing it. I have never had any service provider take that kind of time with me. Jack is a very knowledgeable, professional and great person. I had my AC unit replaced as well as water heater system changed. Had no problems since then. Jack is always on time, high quality job, and very affordable. A great and trustworthy company. Highly recommend it.

Could not be more thankful to the Rapid Rooter crew for their quick response to our emergency! We had a pipe burst in our garage, and they came to our rescue at 9pm at night, after being on another job the entire day. They were able to come back the next morning and complete the project. They explained in detail our options, the repair, and even how to work with our home owners insurance to have them pay for the repairs. We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

I was having a plumbing issue at my home and was unable to use the toilets in the house until someone showed up. My home warranty company dispatched City Plumbing and the tech that showed up was Daniel with City Plumbing. Daniel was fantastic. Extremely nice and friendly. He called first to let me know he was on his way and about 10 min. out. I let him know that I was leaving to meet him ASAP and he was very polite about not rushing and that he had no problem waiting a few min. When I arrived he was very professional and very courteous. He immediately go to work diagnosing the problem and was able to flush the line and clear whatever blockage I was having. He was patient with me in answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood what had happened and tips of what I should do moving forward. It was a wonderful experience with Daniel with City Plumbing. I highly recommend City Plumbing and Daniel with City Plumbing as a wonderful service tech. I will be calling them to come back out to help me further with any future issues I may have at my home.
