David called me right at the beginning of the arrival window to give me an eta on his arrival. He arrived in a timely manner, was polite and courteous. He was able to identify and explain the problem and have it fixed in no time. After the work was completed he gave me an estimate of how long it would take the system to cool down my house, and ensured everything was working properly. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything and break things down.

Martinez Plumbing provided excellent service for our tap installation. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job with precision. Highly recommended!

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

At this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call.
I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system.

For years, I have been trying to find a reputable company to install what I consider a major component within our home.
This has been a very frustrating experience. Most of my phone call with Serena was about my frustrations with other companies, etc., and that I was hoping to not have that experience with her company. She did not try to cut me off, her tone of voice was as if she understood, she was also apologetic that my experiences have not been good... If she was rolling her eyes on the other end of the line, lol, I couldn't tell, she was as professional and is polite as could be.
So, Serena, if you see this, thank you so very much for allowing me to share my frustrations with you. You are definitely the type of a person who companies should have on the line to help with any concerns current customers or soon to be customers may have!

I got a call very early from a friendly lady. She said that a technician would be out today. Manuel, the technician, arrived very promptly after a text notification. He seemed very experienced in replacing a hot water heater, and gave me two options to choose from. He seemed to be very efficient in all the work that he completed, in a very timely fashion. After the work was complete, he described everything that he had done in detail to me and asked me if I had any questions. I would definitely rate Manuel with five stars. This is the second time I have used Quality Plumbing.

The first time, they worked on my Granville home and they were professional, responsive, and punctual. They fixed my sprinkler system.

The second time I called them was because a home inspector noted that one of my homes water tanker was missing a drain pipe for the pressure relief valve. I send Richard photos of the water tanker and he noted nothing was wrong and needed to be done. He was honest, helpful, and saved me money!

I will always call Quality Plumbing for any future needs. I highly recommend them :)
