Let me first start by saying you will not find better service, period. I hired Ray to do a complete system replacement. Kate sent along a comprehensive estimate for the work to be done. Not only did he replace it / upgrade it but he customized it to my home and our needs. He gave us portable heaters while the system was down, and was on time every day. All this and he has the utmost integrity, ethics and knowledge.
