Company charged me $3000 to fix a $200 circuit board that I found out later didn’t even need replaced. I feel like this is their business model to take advantage of people. Beware.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

Came for a sewer line inspection and also gave some great recommendations for other issues found. Highly recommend services.

I have had nothing but horror experiences with plumbers dispatched from our home warranty company! To my surprise Pacific Plumbing was the complete opposite!! They showed up when they stated they would, received a courtesy phone call to inform me they were on their way, and came prepared to work! The gal at the office even confirmed the work to be done! So when they arrived they had their tools, equipment and replacement parts needed!!! To my surprise they competed the job in less than an hour, and even cleaned up after themselves!!! Jerry and Eddie restored my faith in Plumbers and I will request Pacific Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have from now on!!! Very professional from start to finish!!! Great customer service! Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. We had the pleasure to work with their technician Jerry. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and punctual. I called numerous plumbers prior and they didn't have any knowledge of my issue when I was explaining the problem. Jerry knew and understood immediately. He was so refreshing and such a great personality. I highly recommend Jerry from All Star Plumbing from any small job to a large job, if anyone can do it that would be Jerry. I was blessed to finally find someone who knew what they were doing. Thank you Jerry!

Couldnt be more disappointed! I called them with an emergency septic issue on a Friday, early afternoon. At first, they said it would be no problem and they would have someone out by that afternoon. As the early afternoon became late afternoon and I didnt hear from them, I began to worry. I started calling to try and figure out if I would get any help from them. As it turned out, when I finally got ahold of the dispatcher, they said they couldnt come out until Monday morning. I wasted hours waiting for them when I could have called someone else. On top of all of that, they quoted me several different amounts for the work. Horrible company and I would never refer anyone to them
