John did a great job doing a routine heater check before Winter got here. Very friendly and gave useful advice for things we can do between checks. He was very through and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. Highly recommend him for an HVAC needs you have.

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective!

Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!
