From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. We recently had a major plumbing problem that required the services of a competent plumbing company.We called Clear Water and they rearranged their scheduling and came out the same day. Jacob discovered the problem and walked us through the repair process. They were totally booked for a few days before they could start the repairs ….but they took the time and effort to engineer a way so we were not totally without water.The repairs were very involved and handled masterfully ….thanks to Shane, Matt, Vinnie and several others ….we were up and running in a few days. We are so grateful to these guys! They were efficient and kept us updated on the repairs.We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.
