Best Water Heater Installation in Fort Worth TX

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting I formation from what he told us which led to further problems. We then had to hire another plumber the next day who was very knowledgable and able to solve the problem over the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week to receive any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.

My father had a huge leak under the slab in his driveway in Fort Worth Texas. I’m a contractor in Florida so hiring any other contractor to do any work especially out of state is extremely hard for me due to lack of trust. I called a few other companies but the minute Bravos Plumbing answered the phone, they had exceptional customer service and instantly felt like I found the right guys. They spoke with me and gave me a better option instead of breaking the slab that other companies were saying was the only option, it ultimately costed much less and they tackled the job with great attitude and did an amazing job. Heard from 3 different people they are on time, do great work, are reasonably priced and, their Google reviews are exceptional. My appointment window was 12 to 2. At 2:15 having not heard anything I called to see if maybe there was a problem. Lexi, (whom was polite and professional), told me their guy was cleaning up at the appointment in front of me. At 3:15 I initiated contact again to see about an ETA. Lexi (again professional), called their guy and called me back saying 45 minutes to an hour, I then canceled. Jobs don't always go right or run long so I get it. Had THEY called me at any time saying they where going to be late I could have worked around it and taken care of something else in the meantime but instead I sat and waited and wasted half a day. It was a small job outside that I needed done that may have possibly played a part in my lack of experience with them but if it went well I was going to use them for my water heater that's about to stop working. Maybe it was just an unfortunate experience for me. If you use them I hope it goes better for you.

Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.

Sanders Plumbing put in two smart flush toilets for me in 2008, and I kept the business card because they were so professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves! So recently I called them for several plumbing issues: put in shut off valves under my kitchen sink and replace the faucet, plus fix the leaks on three of the handles in one of my bathrooms - these were 65 year old faucets, original to the house! They were able to salvage the faucets through sheer know how and an extensive collection of parts for old faucets.
I am again impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, courtesy, and complete professionalism. This also extends to their office personnel - Annette was very helpful and always courteous.
Plus, they clean up after themselves and leave the space better than they found it. How many plumbers can claim all of that?
I unreservedly recommend them.

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. We have used them in the past as well and have always had a good experience. Thank you Charles.
