Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. Cameron and Isaiah were wonderful. Replaced kitchen drain pipe, new vent and cleanout. DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

Schrader plumbing deserves five stars! I had a tree root that cracked the water main to my house that required a complete replacement of the entire 60 ft line. After 3 previous quotes, not only was Schrader the lowest bid, they mentioned things that none of the other companies talked about such as city inspection fees (which was included in the upfront price). They also use a top notch excavation team that dug up and then restored the yard. They worked all day Saturday and even part of Sunday to finish the job. My experience with Schrader was everything I could have hoped for. They are friendly, professional, quick, hard working, competitively priced, and upfront with all costs.

Called mid day and even though they were full on their schedule they were able to squeeze us in today! Very knowledgeable and polite guys! They came out and fixed our issue for a fraction of the cost that another company quoted us. The other company did a poor job of assessing the issue and wanted to charge $1,000 to bring a truck out and pump out the water and then charge another $700 to replace the pump. Plumbco not only fixed the pump (instead of replaced it), they took the time to show me where the breaker was for it, how to take it apart, and how to fix it if this issue happens again. Simple fix but until you know what to look for I needed to call a professional.
Very impressed with the service and knowledge and honesty. They could have very easily fiddled with it and then said you need a new pump and made more $, but they were honest !

I think my technician's name was Alek. He was extremely polite and professional. Normally I get mumbled complaints when people realize I require masks and shoe removal or coverings before entering my home but he didn't bat an eye and immediately acquiesced. Most importantly I couldn't be happier with the service. The 1st company my home warranty sent out couldn't resolve the problem and wanted to charge me a lot of out of pocket money to fix the issue and to make matters worse they couldn't come out until next Wednesday. I had stoppage so severe you couldn't so much as flush the toilet without water bubbling up from the shower drain. There was no way I could wait 5 days! Alek made what I was told was impossible possible. I normally only take time out to leave reviews when I have bad service and I have to be extremely impressed to leave one for a job well done. Color me extremely impressed and thankful! Putting out positive vibes that he gets a raise, a promotion, and every other positive thing under sun. He was a life saver ?
