Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I am pleased that I came across ClearWater Plumbers. After reaching out to another plumbing service that was not responsive, ClearWater immediately returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Victor and Chris, arrived at the time scheduled (and called to let me know there ETA). Work and repair was needed on an outside faucet. Victor did an evaluation and provided me with two options and an estimate. Given they were dealing with an older home and plumbing, they thought outside the box and were true problem solvers. Victor and Chris did the needed repair/replacement of the faucet and I could not be more thrilled with the level of service and craftsmanship. Certainly an A+ team!

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

We have had them come out multiple times to assist with plumbing needs. They also helped with our bathroom and kitchen restoration!

Great experience! I was needing some special help with a gas inspection and the team made it so easy and customized everything to my needs. Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!
