Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

Came out, took a look, revealing the heating elements where both bad, took the time, drain tank, explained issues with old elements. Made repairs, run water to make sure no air in the tank, no leaks. They came in and took care of business. Found the leak and repaired it, and, also Looked at important items that needed to be replaced as well. He was still in budget, and I haven’t had any problems since. The emergency water cutoff was a nice touch. I’m using him in the future for my Water Heater for sure.

I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.
Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!
