Best Water Line Repair in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Cory Reeves and his assistant were both very professional. They took great care in cleaning out the clog in our pipes. Cory spent extra time to show me the video footage of our pipes so I could see for myself the state they were in so that my husband and I could make the best, informed decision on future steps to take to maintain our home’s plumbing.

Jon & Joe - Just left our place in Benbrook and they were here for a insurance claim that has been going back & forth with our Insurance Company for 6 months! These guys were amazing and very thorough -they tested and kept going until the found what had to be the problem and wrote their report supporting our cause and the facts that there is water damage and what caused the damage. When and if you need plumbers - Call Sanders Plumbing Inc - Even the employee in the office were great on the phone and scheduling and getting everything approved with the Insurance company. I would give them 10 STARS - Only allows you to give them 5 stars

My parents had a foundation leak, called Carissa and they had someone out the next morning bright and early. Service guy was awesome. Very friendly and was very careful around all of the stuff they had in the washroom. Paid very close attention to detail. Better than everything they have amazing customer service. I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.
