Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I have used ClearWater Plumbers on 4 separate occasions for various reasons. Most recently we had a pipe burst in the attic due to the freeze that flooded our entire house. Because of the previous 3 stellar experiences with ClearWater I decided to use them again, and at the same time as the repair we decided to have the entire house’s old plumbing redone. Brian Kohutek was nothing less than wonderful throughout the entire project. These guys are great. Had an issue others tried to correct and kept having the same problems. They fixed it the first time out. The guys that did the work were friendly, professional and greatly concerned with keeping the work area and path to their equipment clean.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.
