Best Water Filtration in Fort Worth TX
Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. That is including permits and inspections. We feel God blessed us by sending Billy to take care of our needs. Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ask for Billy.

I selected Bravo’s Plumbing based on great reviews on Google for a dishwasher’s shut-off valve replacement. A great experience thorough-out and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a plumber. The customer representative answered my questions in detail and gave me a very reasonable pricing quote based on a photo I sent her. An appointment was scheduled immediately and Bravo, the plumber/Owner arrived within 2 hrs and replaced the valve quickly. We are very satisfied with their professional service and will use their service again for sure.

I'm so impressed with the work that Evan and Cameron did to reroute my plumbing to my laundry room. They are both so detailed and make sure the work is done to the customers satisfaction. I was also impressed with the way they cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend Clearwater plumbers to anyone looking for a reputable plumber!

Our hot water heater was leaking this summer so we called around a few places (Leak Geeks, Berkeys, Clearwater, Water Heaters Only, and maybe one or two others). I'm really happy with the service we got from NCT. We got estimates for tankless and a replacement tank from all the companies that did both. We ended up replacing our 75 gal tank with a new tank because tankless was very pricey since our home wasn't originally set up for it. So why didn't we pick the other guys? Clearwater was the only company that actually charged to come out and give an estimate. Why? No one else does that. Leak Geeks was out of the ballpark expensive. We had 3 estimates within $100 of each other for a 75 gal 50k Btu water heater. And NCT ended up being a couple hundred more than those companies but they had a different water heater with 75k Btu. The replacement ended up taking a little longer than they had estimated but they did get it done in a day. They were missing some insulation so it failed inspection but they got right out and fixed it and then it passed. The salesman who gave me the estimate and the three men who came out to replace the water heater were all very professional and friendly. I think they do more new construction than maintenance but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a water tank replacement.

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. My home A/C went out and I phoned them for service on a Thursday evening. I had to first get thru their answering service to get to some dispatch office where the person told me that the earliest they could come out to my location would be by Saturday around 5:00 PM. I said fine, and waited. No one showed up so on Saturday, after 5:30 I began calling them again... Had to go through their answering service (again) only to be told that they were sorry, and they would have to call me right back after they contacted the technician. An hour goes by with no response! I call back again (through the answering service AGAIN), and the dispatch female keeps apologizing and saying that she is working out of her home on an IPad, and that she has had an ear infection all week, worked for 14 days straight, and that with everyone calling her cant seem to find my information. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could do was keep saying that she'd have one call me back. I never heard back from them again. Avoid this home based business like the plague. They have no organization, no professionalism, and that probably extends to their actual service... If you are lucky enough to get any service at all.

My water heater leaked (on Wednesday) and I created a service call with Landmark Home Warranty. They forwarded my case to SWAT Plumbing. I was told the technician will visit my place on Friday from 8am to 7pm. The tech arrived at 6pm, spent barely 4 minutes in my house, took 2 pictures told me that he will report his findings back to Landmark on Monday because it is too late and next 2 days are weekend. He told me that warranty company will only pay $600 and total cost to replace (heater plus labor) is $2200. I asked why warranty company will not pay full price? my contract is to replace the appliance if it cannot be repaired.Half day passed on Monday without any updates. I reached out to Landmark and they said the contractor have not reported yet. It was 5 days without hot water in my house (with old parents and kid). I reached out to SWAT Plumbing and I was told that the tech is OFF today. I pleaded that I have no hot water for 5 days. I was told the manager will file the report. NOTHING happened that day.I received an email from Landmark the next morning stating that Contractor have quoted $1235 of installation charges that is not covered by warranty. I am asked to pay $1235 out of my pocket to a warranty company that is supposed to replace my appliance. The SWAT Plumbing tech merely spent 4 minutes and took 2 pictures but decided to beef up bogus installation charges that are absolutely a lie. Ball valve mod, gas valve mod, T & P mod, pan mod, vent mod, water line mod, difficult access = $1235.00. Absolutely bogus charges. The house is 11 years old, the water heater looks absolutely brand new (except it leaked) and all the gas, water, vent, lines are in pristine condition. I am told $1235 worth of mods are necessary to bring my house up to code. He sentenced my 11 years old house out of code in a merely 4 minute eyeball inspection. Absolutely bogus and criminal accusation. This company is a fraud and works with warranty company for this fraud.
