Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Roto-Rooter came out to our house immediately and took care of our plumbing. When needed they followed up with maintenance at no cost because of their guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised.

On time and pro guys. Kuddos to the slab leak they did on my den. It fixed my bathrooms slow drain problem. We initally agreed on fixing my washer that was backing up. 1400 later. ..and an what additional 1900 quote to fix another leak according to the tech. I tried scheduling them back. Thank God they never returned my call. I had the lines cleared bu another company that did it for $400. The competitor showed me the pipes. The grease buildup was never cleared by the $1900 i had to pay. Hope that was an honest mistake. Not hiring them again.

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my saved in case of need list!! Highly recommended!

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

I can't say enough good things about Leak Geeks and Derek, affectionately referred to as our plumber. They are punctual, reasonably priced and Derek has to be one of the kindest and most patient individuals we've ever met. He always takes the time to teach or educate on what he has to do. I doubt we will ever use another company!

I am picky and I don't tolerate anything less than perfect. I found J. Rowe about 2 years ago and have never been disappointed. From their schedulers to their plumbers, excellence every time. Even referred my sister to them and she liked them. I don't think you can go wrong with them. THEY ARE HONEST. And that, to me, says it all. When a company is honest everyone at the business is usually friendly and happy. I know everyone can't be perfect all the time but these guys, so far, have been. I feel confident you'll love em.
