John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! From the initial contact I was impressed with Talt plumbing. They were friendly and professional and promptly got me on the schedule. They identified the technician by name and sent a confirmation email with the schedule and his picture. We missed that time due previous customer needs but he personally called and explained the situation. I was also contacted by the office to reschedule. When he arrived he was apologetic, cordial and got right to work. It took about an hour to locate the FIRST SET of burst pipes in the wall behind the upstairs bathroom vanity. From there it was a fix and find mission that wound up involving 10 separate pipe failures behind 3 different walls. Throughout the day our tech remained focused, professional, and thorough. The company owner even joined us to help. I don’t wish these problems on anyone but if you encounter like problems,Talt Plumbing should be your go to plumber.

Blue Diamond Plumbing was able to come out on a Saturday morning to help us out with an emergency sewer issue. It was ultimately determined to be the responsibility of our city, but we used Blue Diamond to get to that point. They were so helpful and we will use them again as needed!

I had Ellis out to install some faucets in my bathroom and to look at an issue I had with my kitchen faucet. He quickly, and beautifully, installed my two bathroom faucets. When he looked at my kitchen, he found the issue and had two ways to resolve it. One was quicker, and he did have another appointment to get to, but the other would make things 'look nicer'. He used the 'look nicer' method because, he said, if he didn't it would bug him all night! This is the kind of professionalism and honest integrity that I wish all the people I deal with would have. You can trust anything Ellis does for you. Cannot recommend enough - and would give him 50 stars if I could.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They got my service booked for the next day, they came within the time frame they set along with sending me a text and email about a half hour before letting me know they were on their way, our plumber Dillon was awesome and fixed our issue within 30 minutes, and the charge for their services was much less than I anticipated and was quoted by other companies. I will be recommending them and using their services in the future!

Having been frustrated with a lack of understanding and insight from home inspection companies for prior sewer scope services. This time we decided to use a company who uses a licensed plumber for our drain camera inspection.
If you expect the businesses you work with to be responsive, on time and professional you will be glad you chose Digital Pipe Inspections. Adrian showed up on time, very clean, professional and considerate of our concerns with COVID by wearing a mask. He went right to work completing the inspection, then clearly explained the conditions of our drains. If you want an accurate inspection provided by a licensed plumber who understands and can explain the inspection Digital Pipe Inspections comes highly recommended.

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.
